ACEMC-Tacloban envisions to become the leading hospital and medical center in Region-8. The plan to make this a realization was well-crafted by Dr. Amado Manuel C. Enriquez, Jr. Chairman of the Board of ACEMC-Tacloban, including the ACE Group of Hospitals, which is consisted by Physician Specialists mostly coming from MetroManila, and also included some of the local Specialists in Tacloban.
